User guide and legal agreement between users and Duiton Platform.

01General Terms
Welcome to Duiton. By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before using our services. Duiton is a digital platform providing game top-ups, mobile credit, data plan, e-wallet, and other digital products.
02User Requirements
- Users must be at least 17 years old or have permission from parents/guardians.
- Users are responsible for the accuracy of information provided during transactions.
- Users are prohibited from using the service for illegal or unlawful activities.
- One person is only allowed to have one active account.
03Transactions and Payments
- All listed prices include applicable taxes.
- Payment must be completed within the specified time limit.
- Successfully processed transactions cannot be cancelled.
- Users must ensure the correctness of destination data before making payment.
- Duiton is not responsible for data input errors by users.
04Refunds
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- Transaction failed due to Duiton system error.
- Product could not be delivered due to provider disruption.
- Payment successful but product not delivered within 24 hours.
* Refund process will be processed within 1-7 working days depending on the payment method used.
05User Account
- Users are fully responsible for account security and password.
- All activities occurring on the account are the responsibility of the account owner.
- Duiton reserves the right to suspend or close accounts violating terms.
- Users must immediately report unauthorized account usage.
06Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved through deliberation, and if no agreement is reached, will be settled through the South Jakarta District Court.
